Terms of Use
Updated: 30 August 2026
By using tokenz and creating a swap you accept these terms. If you disagree with any of them, do not create an order.
1. What we do
tokenz is a cryptocurrency exchange service. We route your swap and follow it from your transfer to the payout.
We are not a bank and not a wallet: there are no accounts and no balances on our side. Your transfer goes into the swap, and the result goes to the address you provide.
No sign-up is required. Every order lives at its own link — keep it, that is the only way back to your swap.
2. Who may use the service
You are at least 18 years old and exchanging cryptocurrency is not prohibited by the law of your country.
The funds belong to you and were obtained lawfully. The swap is not connected to money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud or any other unlawful activity.
You are not subject to sanctions and are not acting on behalf of a sanctioned person.
3. How a swap works
You pick a pair, an amount and a rate type, provide the recipient address and create an order. The service returns a deposit address and the time window for your transfer.
A fixed rate is held for the limited time shown on the order page. A floating rate is calculated when your transfer reaches the required number of network confirmations.
The fee is already included in the amount you receive: the screen shows the final figure, not an intermediate one. Blockchain network fees are charged by the network itself and are outside our control.
An order closes if the transfer does not arrive before the timer runs out: its rate no longer holds. A transfer sent before the closing and arriving later is not lost — the provider accepts it and waits for your decision on the order page; if the link is gone, write to support.
4. Your responsibility
Check the recipient address and the network before confirming. Blockchain transfers are irreversible: funds sent to a wrong address or on a wrong network cannot be recovered.
If the network requires a memo or destination tag, provide it. Without it an exchange will not credit the transfer to your account.
Send a single transaction to the deposit address, for exactly the amount stated in the order. Under- and overpayments on a fixed rate require manual handling.
5. Transaction screening
Incoming funds are automatically screened for links to known unlawful addresses.
If the screening triggers, the swap is paused pending clarification. We may ask you to confirm the origin of the funds. If you decline, we may refuse the swap and return the funds to the sending address.
6. Refunds
If a swap cannot be completed, the funds are returned to the address you provide on the order page, minus the network fee for the return. The provider does not disclose the sender address, so you have to type it yourself.
Refunds on rate-sensitive swaps are made at the rate effective at the time of the refund.
7. Limits of liability
We are not liable for market rate movements, blockchain delays and outages, or the actions of the services the swap passes through.
We are not liable for the consequences of mistakes in the details you entered yourself.
The service is provided as is. Our maximum liability is limited to the fee withheld on the disputed order.
8. Changes
These terms may change. The date of the last change is shown at the top of the page. An order is governed by the version in force when it was created.
9. Contact
Everything goes through the chat on the site. The operator sees your order number and the message history.
