Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

Technical: IP address, browser user-agent, browser language list, time zone, screen size, platform, landing page and referrer.

Per order: the pair and amount, the recipient address, the memo or tag when the network requires one, the deposit address and transaction hashes.

An email address — only if you typed one in yourself when creating the order. The field is optional: without it the swap works exactly the same, the letters simply do not arrive.

Support chat messages and their timestamps.

We do not collect names, phone numbers, documents or payment details. There is nowhere to enter them.

2. Why we need it

To perform the swap and show you its status.

Letters about your order, if you left an email: the link to the swap, a note when it is finished and a note when it is stuck and needs your decision. Nothing else is ever sent to that address — we run no mailing lists.

Support: the operator has to know which order you are asking about.

Abuse protection: rate limiting, detecting automated attacks and attempts to read someone else's orders.

To meet the transaction screening obligations described in the terms of use.

3. Cookies

The service stores a single technical cookie — a signed browser identifier. It is how you see your own orders and support chat, and nothing else.

There are no advertising or analytics cookies. We do not embed third-party counters or ad networks.

4. Who receives the data

The exchange provider receives the order parameters: the pair, the amount and the recipient address. A swap is impossible without them.

An external error-monitoring service receives the technical part of an error only: the text, the stack, the page path and the response code. IP addresses, user-agents, wallet addresses, order numbers and visitor identifiers are not sent there.

If you left an email, your address and the text of the letter are passed to Resend, the delivery service. Without an email there is no such transfer at all. The letter about a created order carries the deposit address and a link to the order, so that you can come back to the swap from another device. Remember: a letter asking you to pay again, or naming a different address, is a forgery — take addresses only from the order page.

No data is shared with or sold to anyone else.

Data may be disclosed upon a lawful request from an authorised body.

5. Retention

Order data and chat history are kept as long as needed to resolve disputes and to meet transaction screening obligations.

Technical visit records are deleted after 90 days, along with visitors who have no orders and no messages and with resolved error-log entries. The cleanup runs daily.

An email address is kept while it is needed for letters about your order, and is deleted on request.

6. Your rights

You may ask what data we hold about you and ask us to delete it — through the chat on the site.

Completed swap records come with a caveat: while record-keeping obligations apply, we may not delete them entirely.

You can delete the cookie yourself in your browser — your order list on the site will then be empty.

7. Security

The site works over a secure connection only. The cookie is signed and cannot be forged: substituting someone else's identifier gets nothing.

The administrative area is password-protected and lives on a separate address.

8. Changes

This policy may change. The date of the last change is shown at the top of the page.
